From the hand-carved beams reclaimed from a historic Tucson church to the clay roof tiles salvaged from a celebrated Phoenix estate, the home carries a deep sense of Arizona heritage while offering the space and amenities today’s travelers expect.

Step through the grand entry and the character of the home immediately unfolds. A dramatic iron staircase rises beneath soaring ceilings accented with original wood beams, while hand-painted Spanish tiles add warmth and texture throughout the space. 

Living:
The layout invites guests to explore—from the dedicated game room with billiards and a large smart TV, to cozy lounge spaces designed for conversation and relaxation. A striking Papago Mountain mural by local artist Melody Smith anchors one of the home’s most photogenic spaces, paired with an oversized antique mirror that captures the warm desert light. Nearby, a comfortable seating area with a smart TV and classic board games offers the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. For quieter moments, a tucked-away library nook with a hanging chair creates a peaceful corner to relax with a book.

Kitchen/Dining:
At the heart of the home sits the distinctive pink gourmet kitchen, equal parts charming and functional. Outfitted with modern appliances and anchored by a rustic brick fireplace, the space feels welcoming and social, complete with a fully stocked coffee and tea bar for slow mornings before the day begins. Bedroom 1 (ground level): King suite offers direct patio access, a walk-in closet, a cozy reading nook and en suite bathroom with a Shower. 
Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): King suite with access to the covered balcony and en suite bathroom with Sauna and Shower. 
Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): Queen with access to shared bathroom with Shower.
Bedroom 4 (2nd floor): Twin over Full Bunk Bed with access to shared bathroom with a Shower. 
Bedroom 5 (2nd floor): Suite with Two Queen Beds with balcony access and an en suite bathroom with a Tub/Shower combo. 

Parking: 2-Car Garage and 2 cars in the driveway. (no street parking, please) 

Private Backyard: 
Step outside and the grounds unfold into a peaceful garden retreat. Mature citrus trees, fragrant herbs, and manicured lawns surround the property, creating a lush and inviting setting rarely found this close to the city. At the center of it all is the gated heated diving pool, framed by a blooming rose garden that gives the home its name.

Outdoor living is just as thoughtfully designed as the interiors. The Desert Rose Cantina creates a charming setting for al fresco dining beneath string lights beside a tiered Spanish fountain, while the oversized wood-burning fireplace invites everyone to gather together once the sun sets. A separate sports patio offers a 70-inch outdoor TV, ping pong table, and pub seating—perfect for catching the game or enjoying drinks with friends.

Pool Details:
Equipped with a safety fence surrounding the pool area.
+Pool Heat is optional and requires a $200/night Pool Heat Fee with a 3-night minimum.

• No Parties or Events: Please respect the property occupancy and parking limits 
• Security Cameras/Noise Sensor: A Ring Camera at the front door, over garage and the backyard RV gate are installed to monitor occupancy and emergency situations only. Minut noise alert monitoring system to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
• Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
• Pool Equipment: The automatic pool cleaner vacuum must stay connected and in the water. The pool pump motor will malfunction and require an in person technician visit for reset if the vacuum is disconnected or comes out of the water. A fee of $500 will be charged when the pool vacuum is disconnected/removed and a reset is required.
