Scottsdale Rental Vacations

Scottsdale Rentals’ founder, Jim Bizily, is a long-time vacation rental expert and has been in the business for almost 20 years. His first property management company grew out of experiencing disappointment and frustration in the service he received from other management companies. Moving from San Diego to Park City, he began his first company to management his and his family members’ properties, thus Park City Rental Properties was created.

Jim’s desire to start a property management company in the Scottsdale area grew out of his childhood living in the area. He recalls riding horses through what is now the popular Kierland area of Scottsdale. He says he always knew he would return to his Arizona roots, and is proud to be co-founder and owner of Scottsdale Rentals.

Scottsdale Rentals joins the very successful line of property rental management companies that Jim and his experienced team oversees. “We are in markets that comprise the natural elements: Wind-Park City; Water – Hawaii, Earth-Sedona, and Fire – Scottsdale. We also bring the musical and artistic elements through our Austin-based company!”
