That price includes your nightly rate, taxes, fees, and the cost of your departure clean - there are no hidden fees. Some optional services are available and will not be included in that rate - those services can be added on at your request. Examples are - travel protection and additional cleaning services. If you choose to stay in one of our pet-friendly properties, we do charge a $300 pet fee. We must be notified of pets traveling when you book your reservation.
While Scottsdale can be a year-round destination, the best months to visit are March-May when the temperatures are most pleasant.
All of our rental properties are outfitted with everything you need for your stay! Guests will enjoy kitchens complete with all you need to whip up and enjoy amazing meals. Simply bring (or order) the groceries. We also furnish our properties with top of the line linens and towels, plus each home will come with a basic amenity starter package.
